SPECIAL OFFER FOR OWNERS OF WEEKS 41 TO 47 2024

Join the letting scheme with no maintenance, utilities or tax to pay.

How will it work?

Owners who have weeks in the peak periods they cannot use will be able to hand their weeks to WimPen for letting. Responsibility for payment of tax and maintenance fees would be taken over by WimPen. In the event of a successful let, net rental proceeds would be received by WimPen. If not rented, WimPen would take the loss. The campaign would only be available for specific peak weeks 41 to 47 in 2024.

For owners wishing to let their weeks , but without joining this campaign,  the normal letting program is still available and can be applied for in the private area of wimpen.net. However there is no guarantee of a succesful rental and owners must still pay their maintenance fees.

Terms and Conditions

• This campaign is valid for the specified period; it is not subject to perpetuity.
• This campaign shall apply only to the specific weeks 41 to 44 and 45 to 48 inclusive Year 2024.
• This campaign only applies to the resort LAS CASITAS.
• WimPen assumes full payment of the maintenance fees + utility usage cost for the week(s) / year accepted to the campaign.
• WimPen assumes full payment of any taxes for the week(s) / year accepted to the campaign.
• WimPen reserves the right to use and retain the total income from all the reservations located in the week(s) / year specified on the application.
• WimPen reserves the right not to return usage of the week(s) / year to the owner specified on the application.
• You may not bank, deposit or cede the week(s) with an exchange company nor make any other private rental agreement during the period of the agreement with WimPen.
